Dr. Nicole Carreau



Nicole Carreau, MD attended Boston College, graduating cum laude in the Biology-Premedical program. While attending BC, she was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit National Honor Society. Dr. Carreau then earned her medical degree from the University Of Connecticut School Of Medicine, graduating top in her class and was awarded the Carl F. Hinz Jr. Scholars in Medicine Award. She then completed her residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, being awarded the Arnold P. Gold Foundation’s Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award. At New York University, Dr. Carreau then served as Chief Fellow in the hematology-oncology program. During her final year, she was selected to give an oral presentation at the American Society of Hematology’s (ASH) national conference and won an ASH Abstract Achievement Award. Dr. Carreau has experience in resource-rich institutions where she has focused on patients with advanced cutaneous malignancies and has provided them with state-of-the-art care, including immunotherapy and enrollment in clinical trials. She has also conducted research on immunotherapy usage in lymphoma, which has the potential to improve the lives of many patients. Her background has provided her with the opportunity to treat patients from all over the world and to gain experience treating a large variety of hematology and oncology disorders.
